Located in east Windsor, St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Elementary School opened in September 2017, as a result of the amalgamation of St. Bernard, St. Jules, and Our Lady of Lourdes school communities. St. Teresa is one of 32 elementary schools within the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board. The Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board has a number of initiatives embedded into its 2016-2019 strategic plan, including a specific drive to implement the Renewed Math Strategy for K-12 with a focus on students, teachers, principals, and parent engagement.
